Burt Raimi has in-depth knowledge of business, banking
and securities laws and is a highly experienced transactional lawyer.
Prior to relocating his law practice to Florida from Washington,
DC, Burt was a partner with Dechert Price & Rhoads, a large
multi-national firm and headed the firm's financial institutions
regulatory practice.
Burt served as Deputy General Counsel of the Federal
Deposit Insurance Corporation and worked on the resolution of large
bank failures, complex enforcement issues, new legislative initiatives
and the coordination of regulatory functions with other federal
and state bank and securities regulators, including the U.S. Securities
and Exchange Commission. Burt continues to maintain close ties with
staff members of the various regulatory agencies.
Burt has been certified as a commercial arbitrator

to a junior attorney. For more details on Burt's background see
